We typically begin within 48 hours of your initial consultation. If you have an urgent timeline due to relocation or lease ending, we can often accommodate faster starts depending on current workload.
We assist clients across all rental price points. Our service fees remain the same regardless of the rental price you're targeting, as our work involves similar effort and expertise at all budget levels.
International relocations are common among our clients. We can conduct searches before your arrival, coordinate viewings via video when needed, and provide detailed neighborhood information to help with decision-making from abroad.
Absolutely. Many clients use our Application & Lease Review service for properties they've identified independently. We can assess those properties, accompany you to viewings, and handle the application process.
Each service has a fixed fee listed on our Services page. You pay once at the start of engagement. There are no hidden costs, referral fees, or ongoing charges. If your search extends beyond expected timelines through no fault of ours, we don't charge additional fees.
